Match your social promise to your store page
Reuse app facts and proof across a social slideshow and store campaign while adapting each opening to the reader’s intent.
The method
- Choose one audience and benefit, then attach proof from the real app.
- Use a recognizable situation to open the social post. State the benefit directly on the store page.
- Keep the destination consistent with the promise. Review the wording, UI locale and action on both surfaces.
- Record each channel’s results separately. Test a shared message without assuming that social engagement predicts store conversion.
Shared facts reduce rework. Channel-specific openings keep the message relevant to the moment in which someone sees it.
Worked example: fictional puzzle app
Social: Why does this puzzle feel impossible?
Store: Learn the next move without guessing.
Shared proof: the same authentic in-app explanation.
Destination: a listing or supported custom page that delivers that promise.
A campaign link identifies campaign traffic at best. Direct purchase attribution requires an actual connection to the individual creation.
